1. 1 · You check the dateFree, instant, no commitment. If the date is already gone we say so on the screen rather than letting you fill in a form for nothing.
2. 2 · We callSame working day. We ask the awkward questions early — real guest count, venue rules on nails and open flame, what time the hall is released. This is what stops surprises.
3. 3 · Written quoteItemised so you can cut a line if it is over budget. Valid 7 days. Nothing is held yet.
4. 4 · Advance locks the date30% by bKash, Nagad or bank. The moment it clears, that date leaves our diary and nobody else can book it.
5. 5 · Planning and buildVendor bookings, a set drawing you approve before anything is fabricated, and a run sheet for the day.
6. 6 · Event dayOur floor team arrives for load-in with the schedule in hand. You are a guest at your own event.
7. 7 · DeliveryPhotos and film by the date in your contract. You can check progress on the tracking page instead of phoning.

• We do not hold a date on a promise. Only a cleared advance holds a date — including for family and repeat clients.
• We do not quote before we know the venue. A number given blind is a number that changes later.
• We do not take more than 2 events a day, even in December. That is why our team is not exhausted at your reception.
• We do not hand over unedited RAW files. You get finished work.
• We do not confirm a payment because you sent us a transaction ID. We check our own app first — that protects you as much as us.
